Cooking Method:
Pan-Sear: Pat the fillet dry. Heat a pan with a little oil and sear skin-side down for 3–4 minutes until crispy, then flip for another 1–2 minutes.
Air Fry: Set to 180°C for 8–10 minutes depending on your preferred doneness.
