Shipping, Pick-Up & Return/Refund Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, and selected states (Johor, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Melaka).

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary by area. Please check our Delivery Postal Code page for the applicable fee for your location.

3. KL & Selangor Delivery Schedule

  • Monday – Saturday: 11 am–1 pm, 1 pm–3 pm, 3 pm–5 pm, 5 pm–7 pm

  • Sunday: 11 am–1 pm, 1 pm–3 pm

Delivery is handled by on-demand delivery services. All items are packed with ice gel packs and cooler bags to maintain freshness.

4. Outstation Delivery (Other States)

  • Delivery days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (you may select your preferred day at checkout).

  • Order: We recommend placing your order 3–5 days in advance to secure your delivery slot. Last-minute orders may be accepted subject to availability.

  • Time window: Delivery is made between 8 am–10 pm. Exact timing depends on the transportation company.

  • Transport: Cold truck from KL to other states to ensure product freshness.

  • Packing: All outstation orders are packed in a cooler box with ice gel packs to maintain quality and temperature throughout the journey.

5. Pick-Up Option

Pick-up hours:

  • Monday – Saturday: 11 am–5 pm

  • Sunday: 10:30 am–1 pm

Order online, select your pick-up date/time, and call/WhatsApp +6010-2119019 upon arrival. Our team will bring your order to your car.

6. Rescheduling & Address Changes

  • KL & Selangor: Notify us at least 1 day before dispatch.

  • Other States: Notify us at least 2 days before dispatch.

Only one delivery address per order. Changes after dispatch are not possible. Rerouting after dispatch incurs additional costs.

7. If You’re Not Home

We will follow the delivery instructions you provide (for example, leave at the guardhouse or with a neighbour).
Our team will attempt to contact you up to three times before leaving the order.
Only one delivery attempt will be made. Once dispatched, orders cannot be returned or rescheduled.
If an order is left at a designated location (e.g., guardhouse, doorstep, neighbour) at your request and is not collected promptly, we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or spoilage of the items after delivery is completed.

Return/Refund Policy

Our goal is to deliver only the freshest, highest-quality products to you. Please take a moment to read our policy.

1. Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order is wrong or incomplete, contact us immediately (within 12 hours of delivery) with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

2. Wrong Delivery Address

If you entered an incorrect delivery address, inform us before the cut-off time:

  • KL & Selangor: 1 day before dispatch

  • Other States: 2 days before dispatch

Changes made after dispatch will incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations

  • KL & Selangor: Cancellations made 1 day before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

  • Other States: Cancellations made 2 days before delivery are eligible for a full refund.

As we handle fresh items, cancellations after the cut-off date are non-refundable.

4. Any Issues With Your Order

If you experience any issue with your order, please notify us within 12 hours of receiving it with clear photos and proof of purchase. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Products that have been cooked, processed, or altered from their original condition are not returnable or refundable.

6. Storage Responsibility

All items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival to maintain freshness. We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
