Our Salmó Trimming comes from Norwegian Fjord Trout, cut from the trimming portions during the filleting process. While the pieces may vary in size and shape, they offer the same rich taste and quality as the main cuts, making them a practical choice for everyday cooking.

Ideal for: ochazuke, fried rice, pasta or aglio olio, porridge / congee, sushi bake, pet food

Storage:
Keep frozen. Can be stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. Thaw in the chiller before use.

Note:
Not suitable to consume as sashimi.
Caution: Fish bones may be present.
Trimming parts are not perfectly shaped and may vary in each pack.
Greyish part of the fish may be present (safe to consume)

To ensure the freshness of the product, every order is packed with ice gel packs inside an insulated cooler bag. This maintains quality for 3–4 hours during transit.
