Food Packaging & Care
To ensure the freshness of the product, every order is packed with ice gel packs inside an insulated cooler bag. This maintains quality for 3–4 hours during transit.

Urgent Orders:
If you require your items at a specific time, you may arrange your own rider for pickup or choose the self-pickup option at our store

As our fish is freshly processed, projected delivery dates depend on shipment arrival and progress. Our AOS team will contact you personally if there are any changes or delays.
