where does your salmó come from?
our salmó ( fjord trout ) is air-flown directly from Norway and constantly kept under the appropriate temperature - chilled, never frozen.

do you deliver to my area?
we currently deliver within the Klang Valley area with flat-rate delivery charges.

how do you process the salmó?
it is processed & vacuumed immediately once it reaches Malaysia to ensure that it is clean and hygienic.

what if my order is not fresh when I receive it?
as every care is taken to guarantee the freshness of the fish, we are confident that your order will arrive fresh. however, in the rare case of such an unfortunate event, please contact us via email ( hola@artofsalmo.com ) or whatsapp ( 011 211 9019 ) within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will dispatch a new salmó to you.

how do I retain the freshness of my salmó?
sashimi
consume it within 24 hours.
salmó fillet
keep it in the chiller for a maximum of 2 days. if you don’t plan to cook it within 2 days, please store it in the freezer or up to 6 months.

when will I receive my salmó?
we deliver monday to sunday from 12am - 6pm.

please choose your delivery time slot between 
12am - 1pm  /  1pm - 2pm  /  2pm - 3pm
3pm - 4pm / 4pm - 5pm / 5pm - 6pm
our guardian (sender) will send your salmó to you. 

NOTE:
if your order is placed after 6pm, we will dispatch your order the next business day.
